Roles & Responsibilities:

• Following up with agents and local co - loaders for import RFQ by sea and air
• Submission of Manifest through all carrier portals.
• Sending billing instructions and payment request to accounts for shipping line payments
• Shipment Processing (Import & export documentation- sea /air ) & Tracking and Follow ups.
• Import Shipment monitoring, tracking and updating to Origin
• Monitor periodic MIS reports (Shipment or Order progress status/Sales/Purchase/ etc ) and update to Origin and other stakeholders

Requirements :

• Industry Experience Minimum 4 to 5 years approx.
• Educational Qualification Graduation (in any Stream)
• MBA / Post Graduation will be added advantage
