Role: Business Development & Strategy

What We Are Looking For:

● A highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects

from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery and individual research.

● A dynamic personality with an entrepreneurial mindset is a strong plus.

● Teamwork, cooperation, and ability to work across departments.

● You are a natural business builder and networker who can ensure excellent client selection

by leveraging relationships and analytics.

Roles & Responsibilities:


• Collaborates with the C-suite, leadership, and others in corporate strategy to achieve aggressive

growth in Branding, Marketing, and Business Development.

• Identifies areas of concern across businesses and strategically recommends timely course

correction to improve business sustainability and profitability in the long run.

• Plays a significant role in the company’s long-term planning, focusing on company-wide

strategic objectives.

• Works effectively with senior cross-functional teams.

Business Development:


• Conducting market research to identify opportunities, developing market entry strategies, and

establishing a presence in new markets.

• Identify potential prospects by analyzing markets/domains and track potential prospective client.

• Research on global tech market dynamics, competition, and clients.


• Reach out via multiple channels (Cold calling, LinkedIn, Email, CRM tools)

• Set up meetings with client decision maker and plan approaches & pitches.

Client Relationship:

• Establish strong relationships with clients, by understanding their needs, preferences, and


• Support the sales process by identifying potential clients, managing leads, and providing insights

and data to the sales team.


• Finalizing the sales deals and recording the outcome.

• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting regular check-ins with team members,

and adapting strategies based on feedback and results.


Must have:

• 0-8 years of full-time working experience

• Postgraduates: MBA (Marketing)

Good to have:

• Prior stints at a B2B business with good understanding of B2B KPIs
