 “Systems Engineer– Mechatronic Products” for R&D Division

Required skills:

• Experience in Mechatronics/electronics product development - Must
• Knowledge of microcontrollers, automotive sensors & actuators – Must
• Experience in product design –Unigraphics NX CAD.- Preferred
• Experience in embedded programming, CAN communication - Preferred
• Knowledge in Engine Calibration - Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Functional development for ECU & other control systems
• Feasibility study and initial design for new product development
• Engine calibration (EFI /e-Carb) for BS-VI / Euro V with OBD II compliance
• Responsible for inter-departmental and inter-plant coordination for product development.
• Requirements allocation to different teams based on customer SOR
• Coordinating with customers/suppliers for timeline/PQP adherence.
• Aid in electronic hardware and software design, control strategy development, etc.
• Optimization of mechanical hardware design and manage system integration/testing.
• Creating project time plans, resource allocation plans, functional flow diagrams, test plans, product master lists, ECR management, etc.
• Creating/assisting DFMEA, FMEA, embedded codes, design guidelines, market study, etc.
