Job Requirements:

• Managing Client Stakeholders building sustainable relationships

• Recruitment Delivery Management and candidate attraction

• Manage and lead a dynamic team that responds and fulfills Clients hiring needs.

• Build a talent pipeline through alternate sources / innovative methods.

• Build a strong, dynamic and competent team by foreseeing demand pipelines.

• Coordinate with the Business Development team to have a thorough understanding of the job profiles given by the client.

• Impart hands-on training for recruitment team-members

• Visit the client when needed for face-to-face understanding of the requirement

• Prioritize work and review it with recruiters

Essential Qualities:

• Ability to speak to Top management people with confidence

• Must have a thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various job positions in the IT industry.

• Must possess good email etiquettes

• Thorough knowledge of accessing portals like Naukri and Monster

• Sensitive to fulfilling the client requirement in minimum turn-around-time

• Good communicator especially on phone with clients and candidates alike

• Good team leader and team builder
