• To following treatment guidelines and training protocol as per the consultant/Senior Physio recommendation and as per the taught/learned in training&nbsp;•Constantly updating about the patient’s progress or challenges with the senior physio and consulting before initiating a new process.&nbsp;•Being present for all CPD and applying the concepts learned in practice.• Manage client list effectively and efficiently.&nbsp;• Maintain accurate confidential records of all interventions applicable to clients.&nbsp;• Achieve required targets of maintaining patient numbers.&nbsp;• Communicate/liaise with other members of a multi-disciplinary team including coach, sports science, strength and conditioning, doctors, other physiotherapists and administrative staff.&nbsp;• Take an active part in promoting the Clinic in all its activities.&nbsp;• Take an active role in social media activity to boost clinic awareness

(b) Design a Pilates, Rehab, Strength, and Conditioning training program for an athlete understanding the requirements of the sport or any individual (“client”) who is dedicated to working on his own fitness.(c) Deliver the training with correct commands, focus on the technique, reviewing the posture and be close to the athlete/client during the session.(d) Keep the track of the athletes/client’s progress or problems or improvement and report the same to the Head of Sports Rehabilitation.(e) Arrange the equipment’s back to the desired location after finishing the session, asking the housekeeping to clean certain area or equipment, requiring attention.(f) Manage and train the junior employees and observes placed under the Employee, in terms of their awareness of rehab processes adopted by the Employer(h) Remain punctual and diligent towards all of the Employee’s appointments with patients, athletes or others, and inform the Supervisor and the Employer's operations manager in the event of any delay or cancellation(i) Keep the Employer’s work premises neat and hygienic, and store the Employee's belongings in the designated staff room&nbsp;(j) Maintain the strictest confidentiality of discussions relating to any patient/athlete, whether with the patient/athlete or any other discussions with colleagues (all such discussions must take place inside a private room)(k) Maintain healthy and comfortable work atmosphere&nbsp;(l) Discuss all requirements or other concerns with the supervisor in advance to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of work at the Employer’s premises.
