Hiring for Client Servicing Fresher

Experience - 0 to 06 Months

Location - Gurgaon Sector - 28

Working Day - 5.5 Days ( 2nd & 4th Sat off )

Salary - 15 to 20k per month

Responsibilities :

# Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.

# Identify areas for improvement in our client service operations and develop and implement strategies to address them.

# Work with other departments to ensure that clients' needs are being met and that their feedback is being addressed. # Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement programs to improve satisfaction where necessary,

# Prepare and deliver regular reports on client service operations to senior management.

# Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management.

Qualifications :

# Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
