3. Technical Expertise: • Utilize advanced knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction standards to create technically sound and structurally viable designs.

4. Client Interaction: • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, presenting design proposals and incorporating client feedback into project plans.
