Job Overview

We are looking for motivated individuals passionate about social causes to join us as Fundraising Interns. In this role, you will play a key part in strategizing, organizing, and executing fundraising campaigns to support our initiatives. Only apply if you are dedicated to learn and grow.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential donors, sponsors, and funding opportunities.
• Assist in drafting fundraising proposals, grant applications, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns.
• Manage outreach efforts via email, social media, and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors.
• Track fundraising progress and prepare reports for internal reviews.

Performance-Based Pay Structure

• Funds Raised ₹2,000: Earn ₹500
• Funds Raised ₹4,000: Earn ₹1,000
• Funds Raised ₹6,000: Earn ₹1,500
• Funds Raised ₹10,000 and above: Earn ₹3,000 + additional bonuses

Qualifications and Skills

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Non-Profit Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about making a difference.
• Prior experience in fundraising or volunteering is a plus.
