Role : -

• Resources will be required to Implement leading software solutions (CRM, Project Management ) for enterprise clients online
• Will have to interact with customers on Online meeting/ call/ Email. Help them in getting the Products implemented and guide them to use software properly.
• This role will also require to give online demos to customer setup by team on technical parameters.
• This role does not require any travel and will be completely online.

Skills -

• Should be very good in communications skills, both Hindi and English
• Should be able to use collaboration tools like Zoom/ Hangout
• Will be required to interact with Corporate customers tech team or users- SaaS or Startup Experience can be an added advantage
• Candidates with any software development, implementation or delivery will be preferred
