Role - Investor Relationship Manager

**Immediate joiners will be preferable

Requirements:

●   Bachelors Degree in Commerce or MBA

●   1-2 Years of Accounting/Finance/ Investor Relationship Management Experience

●   Excellent Communication, Presentation, Research and Analytical skills.

●   Candidates having experience/knowledge of logistics and transport industry

would be added advantage

Job Description:

●   Market analysis, identifying Investors/VCs to be targeted.

●   Maintaining and expanding the database of prospective investors for the

organization

●   Develop a healthy investors pipeline that exceeds target expectations along with

ensuring a road-map to get investments.

●  Serves as the key point of contact for the investment community, initiates

conversations and establishing excellent relationships with investors.

●  Performs a comprehensive competitive analysis and research, including

financial metrics

●  Create presentations, pitch decks, and other communication materials for

investor onboarding

●  Organizes investor conferences and meetings with the management team.

●  Provides feedback and research to management regarding the investment

community's.

●   Handles Major Clients and ensures a seamless post-deal

experience / activities such as on-boarding, project implementation, issue

resolution, handling escalations, completing the commercial agreement, legal

reviews.
