You will also be responsible for creating and updating training materials, designing and delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training program. Key Responsibilities: Develop and update training materials for testing, Full stack Java applicationsDesign and deliver training sessions to software developers and other technical professionalsCreate hands-on exercises and other interactive learning activities to engage learnersEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as neededKeep up to date with new technologies and best practices in testing Full stack Java applicationsCollaborate with other technical trainers and instructional designers to ensure consistency and quality across all training programsProvide feedback and coaching to learners to help them improve their skills and knowledgeCommunicate with stakeholders to understand their training needs and ensure training programs are aligned with organisational goals Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldStrong experience in testing, Full stack Java applications, with a deep understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworksProven experience designing and delivering technical training programsStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise mannerAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality training materialsFamiliarity with agile development methodologies and software development life cyclesWriting technical documents.Previous experience as a full stack engineer.Knowledge of database systems and SQL.Advanced troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks.Good communication skills.High-level project management skills.
