Regional Sales manager will lead and develop strategy, sales teams and processes to achieve revenue targets. In this role, you will provide strategic vision and tactical direction, oversee and direct the responsibilities of employees and represent the organization in promoting and selling the company's product range.
For RSM :
• Minimum of 12 years of experience as a sales leader in FMCG/ Spice brand.
• Should have Min 3years of exp in Same Role or
• Atleast 5Years of Experience as ASM.
• Experience with launching new categories of products in Spice, Pickles, Sauces and Commodity .
• Experience leading Channel sales across multiple geographies.
• Excellent Territory knowledge.
