The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to interact with customers, promote products/services, generate leads, and resolve queries efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries or complaints.
  • Generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM records.
  • Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures.
  • Collect feedback from customers to improve service quality.
