Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive (Female Candidate Preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and driven Pre-Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating quality leads, managing online data-swapping processes, and providing essential support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skillsproficiency in MS Excel, and a strong ability to work in a collaborative environment. You will be pivotal in helping the team identify potential clients and assist in nurturing leads toward conversion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential leads within target markets (B2B clients). Utilize online tools, databases, and social media to generate high-quality leads.
  • Data Swapping & Management: Handle online data swapping tasks (such as syncing and transferring data between various platforms and CRM systems) to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Lead Qualification: Use your research and communication skills to qualify leads, ensuring they meet the criteria necessary for the sales team to follow up.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to craft and optimize presentations, product demos, and other pre-sales activities that support the sales process.
  • Excel Reporting & Analysis: Used MS Excel to track, organize, and report on lead generation activities, sales pipeline status, and performance metrics. Create spreadsheets, manage data, and ensure accuracy in reports.
  • Customer Engagement: Communicate with potential clients via email, phone, and chat to qualify interest, provide product/service information, and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • CRM Updates: Manage lead data within the CRM system, ensuring it is always up-to-date and accurate. Assist in tracking the progress of leads and converting them into opportunities.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to ensure the sales team is armed with relevant information for successful engagements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure smooth handovers from pre-sales to sales execution.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in pre-sales, lead generation, or sales support roles. Experience in an IT, SaaS, or tech-related industry is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage prospects and communicate clearly and persuasively.
  • MS Excel Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Excel for managing, analyzing, and reporting data (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data sorting, etc.).
  • Lead Generation: Experience with lead generation strategies, research, and tools (LinkedIn, Salesforce, or similar platforms) to identify and qualify leads.
  • Data Management: Experience with online data swapping processes and managing client information across different platforms and systems.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various software tools and CRM systems to manage leads, data, and sales processes.
  • Motivation & Drive: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Languages: Proficiency in [required languages, e.g., English, any other local languages].
