Job Overview

We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join our team at Pantechelearning. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including recruiting, policy formulation, team management, and communication.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in HR or related roles
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Office

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Support in the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and attendance tracking
• Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs
• Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives
• Handle employee grievances and investigate employee complaints
• Maintain HR records and prepare HR reports as required
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
