Job Overview
We are seeking a Telecaller Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Nagercoil. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a maximum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and be proficient in lead generation, data entry, and cold calling. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our client base, facilitating customer engagement, and contributing to our mission of providing superior academic guidance services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in CRM software; ability to manage customer relations effectively to enhance service delivery and client retention.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles to foster warm client connections and long-term relationships.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred for managing and analyzing customer interactions and data throughout the client lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively to prospective clients.
- Strong objection handling skills to navigate client conversations adeptly, addressing any concerns or hesitations effectively.
- Must have data entry skills (Mandatory skill) for accurate maintenance and management of client and sales information.
- Must have lead generation skills (Mandatory skill) to identify, attract, and convert potential clients for business growth.
- Must have cold calling skills (Mandatory skill) to reach prospective customers and generate leads via telephonic sales pitches.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and set appointments with potential clients for further sales presentations.
- Manage CRM database efficiently, ensuring all customer interactions are logged for future reference and follow-up actions.
- Facilitate lead conversion by providing detailed information on Panacorp's services and resolving any client queries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve target objectives.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, customer expectations, and areas for service improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and business referrals.
- Track and report on daily activities, closed sales, and follow-up actions required for continued engagement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Panacorp's range of academic guidance services.
