Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Research Analyst to support PhD scholars in their academic and research pursuits. The role involves assisting in literature reviews, data analysis, research methodology design, manuscript preparation, and ensuring adherence to academic and ethical standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent analytical skills, and experience in research.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research Assistance

• Conduct in-depth literature reviews and summarize findings relevant to the scholar’s research field.
• Identify research gaps and propose innovative ideas for exploration.
• Assist in developing research questions and objectives.

1. Data Analysis

• Support the collection, cleaning, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.
• Provide guidance on statistical methods and tools such as SPSS, R, Python, or NVivo.

1. Academic Writing

• Draft, edit, and review research manuscripts, proposals, and theses.
• Ensure proper formatting and citation styles (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.).
• Assist in preparing conference papers, presentations, and journal submissions.

1. Methodology Development

• Guide scholars in selecting appropriate research methodologies.
• Provide insights into experimental design, surveys, or case studies as required.

1. Compliance and Standards

• Ensure all research work adheres to ethical guidelines and institutional requirements.
• Conduct plagiarism checks and recommend improvements for originality.

1. Training and Mentorship

• Conduct workshops or one-on-one sessions on research techniques and tools.
• Provide resources and training for skill development in research-related software and writing.
