Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a PhD Project Support Specialist. This role will involve assisting PhD scholars with their research projects by providing expert guidance, technical support, and coordination to ensure the successful completion of their academic work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist scholars with research planning, data collection, and analysis.
• Provide technical support for tools and software used in academic research.
• Offer guidance on thesis writing, formatting, and publication processes.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to address complex queries.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage documentation and ensure confidentiality of scholar projects.

Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree (B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech) in any discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, etc.).
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of research methodologies and tools is an advantage.
