Role Overview:

We are looking for an Business Analyst Sales Executive to drive sales by reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products or services. This role requires strong communication, persuasion skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Explain and promote company products/services to generate sales.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads to convert them into sales.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
• Prior experience in inside sales or telesales is an advantage.
