Handling end to end recruitment life cycle – Sourcing, screening, evaluating from junior level positions.

Responsible for identifying talent the meets the specific requirements

Scheduling and coordinating interview of candidates until closure

Conduct phone screens, provide candidate assessments and recommend viable candidate for further consideration

Drive high quality selection and positive candidate/client experience in assigned practices
