Job Summary :


We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage our software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both project management and technical skills, specifically in Java, Spring Boot, and mobile application development. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.


Job Description

Hands-on expertise in the following Technical skills:

  • Very Good Hands On Experience in Java 8 & Server Side Programming
  • Hands On Experience with Spring MVC Frame Work ( API , Rest API )
  • Hands On Experience with Javascript Frameworks like – Jquery
  • Good Experience with SQL.
  • Good Troubleshooting skills, to troubleshoot the reported issue.
  • Knowledge on Native Mobile App Development & Hosting
  • Knowledge on Cloud Application Hosting ( AWS )
  • Hands-on expertise in various project management knowledge areas:
  • Project Planning: Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. They create a detailed work plan, allocate resources, and set timelines.
  • Team Management: Assembling and leading project teams. They assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team members have the tools and training needed.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential project risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. This includes contingency plans.
  • Budget Management: Developing and managing the project budget. This involves tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards. They perform regular quality checks and implement changes as needed.
  • Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients and internal teams. They report on project progress, address concerns, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Documentation: Maintaining project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports. They ensure all project records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Change Management: Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. They assess the impact of changes and make recommendations.
  • Technology Expertise: Having a good understanding of the Web & Mobility Technologies . They need to comprehend technical challenges and solutions.
  • Project Closure: Ensuring that all project objectives are met and that the project is delivered on time and within budget. They oversee the closing of the project, including final reports and evaluations.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Building and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Agile or Waterfall Methodology: Depending on the organization's approach, an IT Project Manager may work within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) or traditional Waterfall methodologies.
  • Certifications: Many IT Project Managers hold certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) to validate their project management expertise.
