We are looking for an ambitious and experienced US IT recruiter to join our growth-oriented, passionate team of recruiters at HYDERABAD.

Experience: 0 – 2 years  recruitment Permanent IT

Location: Coimbatore ( WORK FROM OFFICE – NIGHT SHIFT )

Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days

Qualification: Any graduate

Preferred: Bachelor of Arts and Science

The ability to multitask and prioritize at any given time would definitely grab our attention. Candidates looking for a long-term stint would be preferred.

In addition to having the technical skill and qualification, candidates must have a clear understanding of the US market with reference to benefits, compensation, etc..

Roles and Responsibilities:

·        Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels.

·        Designing and updating job descriptions.

·        Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

·        Screen incoming resumes and application forms.

·        Interview candidates via phone.

·        Advertise job openings on company careers page, social media, job boards.

·        Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

·        Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

·        Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.

·        Should have very good communication and good understanding of IT requirements.

·        Client communication.

·        Corporate communication.
