Job Role- Manager (Planning Production and Costing Manager)
Location -Delhis
Experience- 5- 10 years
Preference Must have experience in corrugated box and printing industry
Salary - 65000
Must have key skills
Production planning control
Roles & Responsibilities
1 Initiation and follow up for contract review - NPD meeting for new job and any modification in existing job.
2 Preparation of print order after receipt of customer purchase order or BOM with all necessary details and approved by GM / Plant Head
3 Issue of print order to store / purchase, production, prepress.
4 Monitoring & Verification of the Jobcard. Verify the schedules & allocation of job to each machine.
5 Daily production plan write raw material availability and consumer requirement & ensure the same.Allocate the work to each department.
6 Raw material requirement plan
7 Man power planning
8 Despatch Plan
9 Monitor all department activities through log book & initiate corrective action.
10 Co-ordinate with maintenance Person for machine maintenance
11 Follow up of machine utilisation trend.
12 Follow up with materials / store for materials.
13 Analyse the daily, monthly production report.
14 Cycle time reduction, cost reduction
15 Daily rework / Rejection / waste follow up. Take necessary action to reduce as per targets.
16 Operator training & Multiskill training
17 Over time allocation as per customer requirement and control.
18 Punching die maintenance/repair and life monitoring.
19 Take necessary action to achieve department objectives.
20 Follow procedure as per ISO 9001 : 2015
21 1S & 2S in shop floor. Audit to be done daily one dept.
Reporting
1. Monthly inventory report
2. Headcount
3. Monthly KPI
4. Quality of RM
5. Ensuring raw material stored in safe storage locations and are easily identifiable.
6. Ensuring no damage of raw material while unloading and handling.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Extensive knowledge of manufacturing requirements and planning.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient with computerized materials control programs.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field required.
· At least 5-10 years of relevant experience required.
