JD : Operating System troubleshooting, hands on knowledge on ITSM Tool, Good Communication skills and knowledge on Incident Management, Ticketing Tools, Call Logging, SLA, ITIL Process, Windows Operating system, DNS, DHCP, Outlook knowledge, Good communication skills.
1. Should have basic knowledge of Desktop hardware , Network , Outlook & Gmail.
2. Should have ticketing tool knowledge.
3. Should able to communicate well.
4. Should able to work under pressure.
5. Should able to handle asset inventory and asset allocation when required.
Experience : Minimum 2-3 years’ experience from Technical background.
