Hi all we are looking for service desk engineer in Noida.
JD for the job is-
Support End user issues over Phone, Teams etc. Operating System troubleshooting, hands on knowledge on ITSM Tool, Good Communication skills and knowledge on Incident Management.
Experience : Minimum 1-2 years’ experience from Technical background.
Bachelors degree is must from a regular college.
