JD: Support End user issues over Phone, Teams etc. Operating System troubleshooting, hands on knowledge on ITSM Tool, Good Communication skills and knowledge on Incident Management. Should have a proper technical background. 

Need a immediate joiner. 

Experience : Minimum 1-2 years’ experience from Technical background.

Education required - Undergraduation
