- Expertise in candidate screening techniques to identify the best talent matching the required criteria (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated ability in talent sourcing through diverse recruitment channels and methods (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline the hiring process effectively.
- Skilled in conducting Boolean Search Techniques to enhance candidate sourcing efficiency.
- Experience in scheduling interviews and managing timelines efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to implement DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) recruiting strategies to ensure a diverse workforce.
- Strong data-driven recruitment approach for making informed hiring decisions and assessments.

- Maintain and manage candidate databases in the Applicant Tracking System.
