We are looking for a person for the position Quality where in who is enthusiastic and having a strong desire to succeed. Who can be proficient in advanced technology and possess good communication and monitoring skills.

Responsibilities

·        Ensure the process parameters are all within the specification.

·        Analyse and implement various corrective actions for process related issues.

·        Inspect the incoming quality of the materials as per sample basis.

·        Update Failure monitoring chart on hourly basis and monitoring and examining each stage of production.

·        Ensuring that all testing is performed to the highest standards.

·        Monitoring all inspection and testing equipment to ensure current and valid calibration.

·        Writing up evaluations and assessments and Conducting quality audits and surveys. 

·        Ensure before production employees follow documented procedures and standards.

·        Carrying out final inspections and Looking out for defects in a product. 

·        Effectively Closing Customer complaint and RMA by analysing the root cause using Quality tools and implementing appropriate corrective action and preventive action to avoid recurrence.

·        Team leader & preparing the monthly Quality Analysis Trend.

·        Validating the Team output & organizing the Operator for required place for Visual Inspection (Assembling Level)

·        Verifying Customer Document and monitoring the implementation of all customer inputs in internal documents.

·        Reviewing the process and providing compliance certification to customers on their requirements.

·        Performing audit as per customer requirements of products to ensure high standards of quality of the product.
