Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Content Creation and Curation:

Create compelling and shareable content across platforms to resonate with the target audience.

Curate and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts.

Platform Management:

Manage and optimize social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

Stay abreast of platform algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.

Audience Engagement:

Foster community engagement through responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.

Develop and implement strategies to increase follower interaction and brand advocacy.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance.

Provide regular reports and insights to measure the success of campaigns and suggest improvements.

Campaign Development:

Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
