Duties and Responsibilities1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fee collection, reconciliation and entry. 2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepares purchasing, travel, personnel, or related documents.3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Reconciles various expenditure reports to source documents; distributes and files financial records and reports.4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Answers telephones, opens and logs mail, meets and greets visitors, and assists in other clerical functions; may arrange travel and meetings and coordinate office security and essential control.5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Sorts documents; codes, logs, reviews for accuracy; matches supporting invoices to procurement documents; and verifies invoices for payment.6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepares routine entries and posts financial transactions; reconciles entries and internal ledgers to financial reporting system reports.7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assists in the preparation of financial statements such as billings, budgets, and cost reports.8.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.9.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participate in basic marketing and sales activities and support the marketing team. 10.&nbsp;Office management. <ul><li>Outpace Academy is upskilling children through a variety of programmes and coaching techniques. We look forward to training youngsters willing to interact with children and helping them develop their skills.</li><li>Six months of training will make the candidate fit for the job.</li><li>Training includes Subject-specific training, communication training, and on-the-job training.</li><li>The primary skill required is the ability to interact and mingle with children.</li><li>A stipend will be provided to the trainees during the training.</li><li>After the training, the candidate will be posted at different parts of Bangalore, with a monthly pay of not less than 20K</li></ul>
