Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Back End Web Development Intern to join our remote team. Based in Gurgaon, this position is ideal for freshers with up to 1 year of experience. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on critical projects and develop your technical skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Python (Mandatory skill) is essential for code development and troubleshooting.
• Experience with web frameworks like Django and Spring (Mandatory skill) is crucial for building scalable web applications efficiently.
• Familiarity with Python (Mandatory skill) to support backend processes and enhance application functionality.
• Understanding of database management to ensure data integrity, reliability, and efficient data retrieval processes.
• Capability in API integration for seamless communication between client and server-side applications.
• Experience with server management to maintain and configure server environments ensuring smooth operation.
• Proficiency in version control systems such as Git to manage and track changes in codebase effectively.
• Knowledge of security best practices to ensure the protection and confidentiality of user data.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize server-side components to enhance performance and scalability.
• Design and implement secure API endpoints facilitating communication with various services.
• Manage database operations including schema design, optimization, and data migrations.
• Monitor and support production environment to quickly resolve issues and ensure uptime.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards and improve team collaboration.
• Implement security protocols to safeguard data and mitigate risks of breaches.
• Continuously explore new technologies to improve existing systems and innovate new solutions.

NOTE: This is a 6-month Python Developer internship. Preference will be given to those with prior Python internship experience.
