Preparation and checking of TDC (Technical delivery condition ) against customer specification Checking of Marketing technical offer with respective specifications

Ensuring that FG code is generated as per customer requirement

Preparing & checking the CRS against customer comments in GAD

Atteding Kick-off meeting for new sale order

Prepare the direct purchase BOM in ERP

Responsible for proper documentation procedure within the dept.

Checking and distribution of controlled documents to user departments and maintain the same. Changes / Modifications in ERP process based on requirements.

Co-ordination with other departments.

Responsible for maintaining ISO / API / PED documentation and procedure.

To maintain client’s Specification and data relevant to the product technical requirement. Authorized to Issue GAD to CCD for customer approval

Authorized to revise GAD & TDC as per customer requirements.

The incumbent inherits all the authorities like command a situation,

commit resources,

give orders & take decisions to perform his responsibilities.
