The Engineer/Senior Engineer - Mechanical Maintenance position at Oswal Industries Limited is a mid-level role located in Kalol. The role demands a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The candidate will be responsible for maintenance strategies, ensuring the reliability of mechanical systems, and contributing to our robust manufacturing operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in preventive maintenance practices to ensure the longevity and efficiency of equipment (Mandatory skill).
• Hands-on experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems for tracking maintenance activities (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to implement reliability-centered maintenance ensuring optimal operation of machinery (Mandatory skill).
• Skills in condition monitoring to detect and address system inefficiencies and potential failures.
• Expertise in performing root cause analysis to diagnose and solve mechanical system failures.
• Experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems for operational efficiency.
• Capability to conduct vibration analysis, ensuring machinery balance and minimized wear.
• Familiarity with thermography techniques to detect thermal irregularities within mechanical components.

Roles and Responsibilities

*Having knowledge of CNC Machine, (VTL, HMC, 5 Axis, Machining Centre) Lathe machine, EOT crane Maintenance, Air compressor.

*Knowledge of Hydraulic & Pneumatic system

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems to document maintenance activities comprehensively.
• Employ reliability-centered maintenance techniques to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Conduct regular condition monitoring to identify issues and prevent equipment breakdowns.
• Perform thorough root cause analysis to resolve recurring mechanical issues promptly.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic systems to ensure continuous operation without interruption.
• Execute vibration analysis and corrective measures to maintain machinery efficiency.
• Apply thermographic analysis to monitor and address heat-related issues in machinery.
