Effective monitoring & management of Inquiries / offers / Tenders priorities and its timely submission without error.

Techno commercial study and assessment of customer’s requirement mentioned in inquiries. Getting timely techno commercial inputs including auxiliary equipment like actuators and also of sourced non-standard valves, for making competitive offers, from vendors, engineering, purchase, operations, quality, finance etc.

Addressing to customer’s TQs & CQs in consultation with Technical & Commercial team and seniors. Ensure Transfer the Order to Operations, by calling CRM, discussing the orders techno commercially and getting the same cleared for execution.

Managing and continuously updating records of necessary & critical information.

Maintaining documents according to SOP, ERP & Quality Systems.

Vigilant on following SOPs and processes in department.

Manage timely submission of MIS and reports.
