Job Description:-
-Solving customer queries through Email / Chat.
-Adhere to company policies & Procedures
-Should be good at English Communication
-Should be good at typing skills
-Candidate should have their personal laptop
-Understand the exact needs of the high end customers and help them understand the various online solutions and offerings.
-Engage clients with immediate query resolution, regular follow ups via calls & mails.
-Working 24*7 including rotational shifts and 6 days working.
-Note- Add advantages for those who have academic knowledge.
Qualifications for Customer Service Associate
- 0 - 2 years of previous customer service experience a plus
- Friendly and welcoming manner with clients and other members of the customer service team
- Extensive knowledge of the company's policies, procedures, goods and services
- Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software programs
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers
- Strong command of written and verbal English
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations
- Willingness to cooperate with customers and management to resolve any issues that may arise.
