Job Description-
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Enterprise end customer experience in Hardware & Software solution, Security & Networking products and solutions
• Good Account management and direct selling experience
• Good OEM connections with a proven track record
• Having a good relationship with enterprise accounts
• Creating a new substantial market base for the brand through continuous visits & interactions
Desired Candidate Profile: -
•Bachelor degree and Sales & marketing with very good communication skills
• Should be from IT Industry background
• A techno-commercial person with an understanding of solution selling and distribution business Should be Self Driven & Motivated Salesperson with Can-Do Attitude
• Strong relationship-building skills & techno-commercial ability to ascertain client’s requirements. Ability to take self-initiatives and be proactive
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/responsibilities without compromising quality by prioritizing job profile
• Strong sense of urgency & efficiency in meeting stringent deadlines
• Determining winning strategies by applying innovative ideas & offering valued added services/solutions to solute the clients trouble zone
• Believe in being creative & innovative so that I can add value to the assigned work
• Ability to grasp product knowledge/technology promptly with the approach to accept challenges in PRE-SALES & POST SALES
