Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.

- Generate invoices and ensure timely payment collections.

- Generate E-Way Bills and handle purchase order (PO) creation.

- Prepare estimates and quotations for potential clients.

- Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.

- Handle GST and TDS calculations and filings.

- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports for management review.

- Coordinate vendor payments and maintain payment records.

- Collaborate with the sales team and distributors for payment coordination.

- Occasionally perform administrative manager duties as required.

- Assist in the finalization of accounts and coordination with external auditors or CAs.
