Job Description: -
-Executing the employee's annual review procedures.
-Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees.
-Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
-Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
-Overseeing the employee's termination process.
-Counseling employees as and when required.
-Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
-Organizing events and conferences for the employees.
-Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
-Design and update job descriptions
-Source potential candidates from various online channels
-Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
-Screen incoming resumes and application forms
-Interview candidates (via phones, video and in-person)
-Provide shortlists of candidates to hiring managers
-Send a job that offers emails and answers queries about compensation and benefits.
-Act as consultant to new hires and help them onboard
