Job Description:
-Having knowledge of Third-Party AMC (MVS), Managed Services, Professional Services & FMS service sales.
-Knowledge about AMC – post warranty of IT requirements, Third party multi-vendor support.
-Knowledge about FMS – deployment of IT resources at various site. Field Sales experience.
-Having strong knowledge of sales process (Lead generation / Identification /Validation /Qualifying /selling).
-Mapping our services to customer requirements, converting prospects into pipelines through proper follow up.
-Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Reaching the C-level Executives, IT Managers, Purchasing Department, Procurement -Department, Sr. Buyers through Email campaigning and cold calling.
-Establish new client relationships through excellent networking and prospecting techniques via research-based tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn etc.
-Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
-Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
-Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
-Generating new accounts and mapping them.
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
-Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
-Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
-Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
-Account Management acquired and assigned.
-Achievement of Targets for - New Customer Additions, New Order Bookings, Revenue-Billed.
-Rolling in more business & revenue for the firm.
-Having the tracker of closed deals and sending of daily reports, weekly reports, and monthly reports on the work to the Manager.
-Should carry out entire sales cycle.
-Achieving targets.
-Should have good communication / presentation skills.
