2. Able to Handle Pressure in Sales and Marketing

3. Able to Handle and resolve query as well by using Alibaba,

Indiamart and any other B2B sites

4. Responding to customer inquiries within with in company hours

5. Knowledge of Excel, Word & Emailing

6. Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

7. Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls.

8. Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.

9. Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.

10. Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.

11. Maintaining client relations.

12. Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas
