Job Description-

-The role will be responsible to handle a team of FLMs (SMs)

· The role will be primarily responsible to drive the FLMs to develop a strong variable

agency model in the geography

· The role will be responsible for delivering the top-line revenue numbers through the

variable agency model

· Will be responsible for achieving renewal targets for the Channel

· Preferred from Life Insurance Agency Background Only.                               

· Should be fluent in Kannada & English.
