JOB DESCRIPTION: -

1. Counseling of students for courses and careers in the aviation industry.

2. Responsible for admission process & documentation, batch information, giving career seminar at education institutes, schools, colleges etc.

3. Tie-ups with colleges and Schools.

4. Participate in Company& business development activity.

5. Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counseling.

6. Conversion of lead to admission.

7. Clarifying doubts of students and parents.

8. Experience in counseling.

9. A commitment to excellent customer service.

10. Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

11. Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.

12. Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.

13. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.

Trainer /Coach Roles & Responsibility:

JOB DETAILS:-

Training, Teaching students on ground staff & cabin crew modules:

1 Responsible for completing the curriculums of the students

2 Definitions and Abbreviations.

3 Emergency procedures and Equipment

4 Exteriors and Interiors of an Aircraft

5 Service procedures on board

6 Announcements

7 Emergency procedures and Equipment

8 First Aid

9. Candidates having Prior Experience in an Academy for Airlines / Aviation should only Apply (NO FRESHERS).

10. 5 - 4 Years Exp as a Cabin Crew. Out of which 2 - 3 Yrs in International Airlines is preferred.
