Roles& Responsibilities :

• Visit the site to ensure products under manufacturing is as per the specifications and quality standards of the company
• Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet the deadlines
• Coordinate all new and ongoing projects and able to communicate well with all levels
• Determine labour and material requirements and organise for the dispatch for the same in a timely manner
• Conduct project meeting and ensure minutes are recorded and distributed in custom
• Maintain project documentation and update project status reports regularly
• Assist the project procurement , including ordering materials, tracking deliveries and ensuring timely payment vendors

Requirements:-

Qualification:- B.E Civil

Ready to travel and vibrant

1 years of experience in project coordination preferably in interior designing

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Strong organizational time management and communication skills
