Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>Prepare and post accounting vouchers into the computerized accounting system on a timely basis.</li><li>Process payments to third parties within and outside the company in terms of validity and completeness.</li><li>Safeguard custody and confidentiality of accounting information and records that are under his immediate control</li><li>Process petty cash imprest reimbursement after verifying the validity and completeness of petty cash transactions.</li><li>Provide relevant inputs to the Finance Manager during the budgeting process.</li><li>Analyze variances of actual results against budgets and implement controls as directed by higher management.</li><li>Keeps abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.</li><li>Any other task as may be assigned from time to time</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>2 + years’ experience in finance and accounting with increasing levels of responsibility, preferably within a fast-growing entity</li><li>Bachelors in Accounting, finance or related area.</li><li>Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Proven team player, who is highly organized and achievement oriented.</li><li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Tally.</li><li>Front Office experience/Preferable.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Excellent work culture</li><li>Environment to work with an exceptional executive / management team</li><li>Exposure to further training and development</li><li>Open work Culture</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹13,000.00 per monthSchedule:<ul><li>Day shift</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Tally: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>CA-Inter (Preferred)</li></ul>
