Job Description
• To identify new sales opportunities via inbound calls, cold calls, or email.
• Pitching product to prospects.
• Researching organizations and individuals online (especially through mailers) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
• To collect customer details, which include addresses, names, and phone numbers. for further processing.
• Contacting potential prospects via email or phone to establish rapport and set up demos.
• Must be able to answer questions from the client, by understanding their needs and wants.
• To forward potential opportunities to the sales department for further
demonstration and for the closing of deals.
• Able to take regular follow-ups from the potential opportunities.
• Maintaining the database through entering and verifying and backing up information in the CRM.
• Able to submit the daily work report
• Able to maintain proper and complete documentation of Inquiry register as per ISO Life cycle.
