Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, introducing our products or services, and qualifying leads for further sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers (cold calls) from provided lists or databases.
• Introduce the company’s products or services to prospects and explain their benefits.
• Identify the needs of potential clients and determine how our solutions can address them.
• Qualify leads and gather key information to move prospects into the sales funnel.
• Set appointments or schedule follow-up calls for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and outcomes in CRM software.
• Follow up on leads and cold call lists to ensure prospects are nurtured.
• Handle objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a positive attitude.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and call tracking software.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
