Internship Opportunity for 2024 BBA Freshers

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated BBA 2024 pass outs to join our team as HR Interns. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and develop essential skills for your career.

Role & Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Support onboarding and training activities for new hires

Handle employee queries and coordinate HR policies & procedures

Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

Work on HR analytics, reports, and documentation tasks

Requirements:

BBA graduate (2024 pass out) with an interest in HR and management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to work in a team and multitask effectively

Internship Details:

Duration: 3 months (extension based on performance)

Mode: Remote

Stipend: Unpaid
