To drive our mission forward, we are looking for a dynamic, sharp, eager-to-learn XR Developer with at least 6 months of experience in creating applications using Unity 3D Engine. Find the JD below Job Responsibilities ● Working with a team of developers to meet the deliverables within deadlines. ● Collaborating with other departments to discuss application ideas and specifications. ● Completing task objectives to meet the strategy and development pipelines. ● Working to create effective game/app functionality. ● Helping the development team to transform design ideas into functional games. ● Designing and building game codes. ● Identifying and fixing code errors and game bottlenecks. ● Testing game functionality and theme dynamics. ● Ensuring products conform to high industry standards. ● Designing and building game patches and upgrades. ● Supporting the development team to meet the quarterly targets. Desired Qualifications ● Minimum educational qualifications: BE / - IT, Computer Science, M.Sc - IT, MCA. ● Sound knowledge of using C#, .NET framework in the Unity 3D Engine. Experience in using Unity 3D Engine to develop games will be preferred. ● Experience in developing VR/AR applications is desirable. ● Work experience Required: 1 year minimum. Technical Skills Requirements ● Previous experience working as a Unity3D Developer. ● In-depth knowledge of Unity3D software. ● Knowledge of 3D development and integrated game physics. ● Knowledge of any version control system like Git/GitHub. ● Knowledge of AR and experience in mobile game development. ● Knowledge of memory and space optimization. ● General idea of scripting, animation, session management, and textures. ● Good troubleshooting skills. Transferable (Soft) Skills Requirements The ideal candidate should possess and be able to demonstrate a generally high degree of technology literacy supported by excellent transferable skills, such as: 1. Excellent communication (oral and written) skills. 2. Result-oriented project planning and team-working skills. 3. Excellent time, task, project and self-work management skills. 4. Excellent attention to detail. 5. Willingness to participate in problem solving and engage in challenging assignments. 6. General willingness to learn and improve skill set. 7. Constantly evaluates workload and priorities accordingly to ensure maximum performance against objectives.
