Summary: - As a Service Engineer with Optics India Equipments Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of optical equipment at client sites. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of optical equipment to deliver exceptional service and support.

Responsibility:-

Provide online/on-site technical support

Maintenance, troubleshooting for optical equipment

Conduct installations/demonstrations repairs and diagnostic test on optical equipment.

Collection of payments post service

Document service activities/report and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with the sales and service teams to provide technical support during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.

Travelling with the region entrusted to you

Qualification/Skills

diploma in mechanical engineering /ITI Electrical/OR any field releted course

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
