Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX App Designer with at least 3+ years of experience to join our team. As a UI/UX App Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly mobile and web applications. This is an onsite position with locations available in Pune, Bangalore, Noida, Chennai, and Coimbatore. Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX App Designer
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch
• Strong understanding of wireframing, prototyping, mockup, and user flow tools
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with development teams
• Solid understanding of visual design principles and ability to create visually appealing designs
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work is highly preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for mobile and web applications, ensuring best practices in UI/UX design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement and validate design decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, and incorporate them into design processes
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
• Assist in creating and maintaining design guidelines and style guides
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling and high-converting landing pages and promotional materials
